The City of Cypress is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide parking and administrative citation processing and management services. The City currently uses a processing agency for all parking citations, allowing the use of both manual and electronic ticketing devices. Administrative citations are processed in-house.  The processing agency processes approximately 6,000 parking citations while the City processes under 30 administrative citations on average per year related to code enforcement activity.

It is the intent of this SCOPE to describe the minimum requirements for citation processing and services. The successful Proposer will be the single point of contact for all installation, maintenance, and support of all hardware and software acquired in the solicitation, and will be required to have the capability to support all components of this system in an integrated manner.
