IVHS To Begin Pet License Canvassing

Starting August 2, the Inland Valley Humane Society and S.P.C.A. (IVHS) will begin visiting neighborhoods citywide as part of its biennial pet license canvassing. 

This door-to-door canvassing effort will continue into September and is aimed at increasing pet licensing compliance. It will be similar to the previous effort in that canvassers will only be dropping off literature and not attempting face-to-face contact with residents. The literature will provide information on why and how to obtain or renew a license for the family dog(s) or cat(s).

Seating is outdoors on the grass, so chairs and blankets are suggested. Concessions available for purchase from food trucks or you can bring snacks or a picnic dinner.
