The City is seeking public comments regarding a proposed Smoking Ordinance. The proposed ordinance would prohibit smoking in all Public Spaces, Places of Employment, and within 20 feet of any door, window, opening or vent into a Public Space. The proposed ordinance would permit smoking on private residential property, up to 20 percent of hotel/motel rooms, and in a moving vehicle.
