Fairfield has a new Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District (LLMD) webpage
The City of Fairfield launches a new Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District (LLMD) webpage to help property owners easily find information and updates about landscaping and lighting services in their area.

LLMDs are special assessment districts that are established by local governments to provide enhanced levels of public landscaping and lighting services and improvements in specific communities or geographic areas.

The new LLMD webpage provides general information and links to the City’s LLMD community engagement partner, CivicMic.com, which features news, district reports, GIS maps, and more.
