Lowe's Volunteers at PAL

PAL was selected as a Lowe’s Hometown Project for this year. The $300,000 they pledged to the building will go a long way in helping us with the million dollars we need to raise! As part of the project, we got to host a Red Vest Day.

Red Vest Days are community service projects hosted by Lowe's across the nation. Our Red Vest Day was on Oct 4 at 8am. Volunteers from Lowe’s helped us remove the paint (that has lasted since 1968!!) and repaint the inside.

Thank you to Lowe's for choosing Fairfield PAL!

Support Local on Small Business Saturday

The City of Fairfield is partnering with American Express and Boss Con to celebrate “Small Business Saturday.”

During the 2010 recession, American Express designated “Small Business Saturday” the Saturday after Thanksgiving to encourage people to do their holiday shopping at locally owned businesses. “Small Business Saturday” continues to be an annual holiday shopping tradition because shopping small promotes more vibrant communities.

In support of our community and local businesses, we will be holding a vendor market pop-up shop on Saturday, November 26, 2022, from 12-6 p.m. in downtown Fairfield. All locally owned businesses are encouraged to participate.

For more information on this event, please visit Fairfield.ca.gov/sbs. To participate in this event as a vendor, click the button below to email to Keisha Mamaril.
