Passport Services Have Resumed

The City of Fontana is now offering passport services by appointment only. Walk in services are no longer provided. Please arrive with the following documents when arriving to your appointment:

- Original certified birth certificate (abstracts are not acceptable) or naturalization papers.

- One passport photograph.

- The completed application DS-11 Form (PDF) (available at the Customer Service Counter). Black ink only, no white out. You will not be able to fill out the application(s) at the Customer Service Counter.

- Valid driver's license or identification card.

- 2 separate payments.
1. US Department of State payment by check or money order only, one check per application.
2. City of Fontana payment by cash, card, check or money order.

New Park Clean-Up Location
The October 8 park clean-up will be held at Fontana Southridge Park, located at 14501 Live Oak Ave, Fontana, CA 92337, from 8am - 1pm.

Yard Sale Dates

Yard Sale Permits are no longer required as long as the yard sales and garage sales are on the specified dates. The next yard sales dates are November 4, 5, and 6, 2022. Visit fontana.org/262/Customer-Services for more information, or to apply for an Emergency Yard Sale Permit.
