Fremont Launches New Community Engagement Platform, MyFremont

The City of Fremont is excited to announce the launch of our new digital community engagement tool, MyFremont, which will serve as an online hub for community members to engage with one another, receive updates on community projects, plans, and events, as well as share feedback on future City initiatives via online community engagement tools to directly impact Fremont’s decision-making process.

Those who previously subscribed to the City’s former community engagement tool will not be automatically subscribed to MyFremont. We strongly encourage all Fremont residents who’d like to provide feedback on topics the City posts and receive updates to register and subscribe to MyFremont by visiting www.my.fremont.gov.

Better Block Mission San Jose this Friday & Saturday

In partnership with the Better Block Foundation, the City will test an exciting, temporary transformation of Ellsworth Street in the historic Mission San Jose district tomorrow, Friday, September 9 and Saturday, September 10, 2022. This community-led vision will reimagine Ellsworth Street as a lively, safe, and welcoming neighborhood space and thriving commercial district for all, ultimately helping to spark creativity around the use of this public space. Over the course of six weeks, Better Block collected over 130 responses from the local community to spark inspiration for what would make this area a thriving commercial district that everyone can enjoy. The two-day community block party will have something for all ages including live entertainment, a makers market, food trucks, and a beer garden. See you there!
