Food Relief for COVID-19

The City of Kerman invites you to a drive-thru food distribution. Come out October 27 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Kerman Community Food Bank, 14660 W. D Street

*This event is open to all Kerman residents that have been impacted by COVID-19. Event is sponsored by the Kerman Food Bank in conjunction with the City of Kerman through CARES Act Funding

HIIT Fitness Class

Tone up with HIIT Fitness! Combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Mix aerobic and resistance training to tone up. Get ready to sweat with HIIT Fitness Instructor, Rhonda Brewer!

Mondays 7:15-8:15 pm & Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm

Fees:

$5 per class

$40 punch card for 12 classes
