Family Dances Just Over Two Weeks Away!

We’re just a few weeks away from the Mother/Son DanceDaddy/Daughter Dances and our NEW sensory-friendly Family Dance all at the Kirksey Recreation Center. Make sure to register before these Wonderland-themed events fill up the weekend Jan. 27-28. The Mother/Son Dance just sold out over the weekend!

Mother/Son Dance 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27 (sold out)
Family Dance 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28
Daddy/Daughter Dances 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28

Snow-Themed Stories, Snacks and Crafts Provides Trio Activities

Join us in Greenmead Historical Park’s Alexander Blue House for an afternoon of Stories, Snacks and Crafts. Best for ages 4-8, the event title lines up the day with some themed fun.

Attendees will enjoy a snow-themed afternoon 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, and can also soon sign up to enjoy a milk-and-cookies-themed morning 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25Advance registration is required.

Snow Ball Brings 'Frozen' Fun to Greenmead Feb. 4

Dress the kids in their favorite princess and prince attire and join us for an afternoon of frosty fun 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Greenmead Historical Park! Characters from “Frozen” will join us for songs, crafts, photos and snacks at the Snow Ball.

The program is recommended for ages 4-10, but all adults and children ages 2 and older attending must register in advance.
