The Hale Avenue Extension Project is a significant, long-planned transportation improvement for the City. Dunne Avenue has been closed since mid-August to construct the intersection improvements, including the roundabout, curb/gutters, medians, sidewalks, street light foundations, and pavement. This portion of Dunne Avenue will reopen on Wednesday, September 28, by 11 a.m.

On the same day at noon, Dewitt Avenue between Buck Hill Court and Spring Avenue will be closed to complete improvements in this area. Traffic may detour around the closure by using Spring Avenue, Monterey Road, and West Dunne Avenue. Read the full announcement.
