Williams, Juarez and King served eight years  and VanHoose served four years.

Also, Susan Blackerby was elected Mayor Pro Tem and Belinda Hinojosa, City Secretary, administered Oaths of Office for incoming Council Members Ms. Mary Elizabeth Dickerson, Mr. Steve Martinez, Mr. Mike McDonough and Mr. Gary House.

The City of Plainview City Council meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 202 W. 5th Street. The meetings are open to the public.
