They will also be set up on Friday, Sept. 16th from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 18th from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the City of Plainview Animal Shelter (500 SW 3rd Street) for adoption opportunities.

There will be no adoption fees during the weekend and adoption applications and sterilization agreements will be available on site.

We encourage event participates to bring their animals for a meet and greet with our adoptable animals and find a new home for the shelter animals.

The adoption event is a part of the National Adoption Weekend (September 16th – 18th), an event spearheaded by the Best Friends Network Partner, a network of Animal Shelters in which the Plainview Animal Shelter has recently been selected as a partner.
