Clinics are scheduled for Thursday, June 9^th, 16^th & 23^rd and July 7^th, 14^th & 21^st.

Children must meet the following eligibility criteria - uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid, Alaska Native or American Indian - to receive vaccines. Also, proof of immunization (shot records) must be presented before receiving vaccines.
