6:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Public Event Business/Organization Spots*

Businesses/Organizations are invited to join us to pass out INFORMATION ONLY (no sales)

Set-up Time:

2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., after 6:45 p.m. (no set up during live broadcasts)

Set-Up Area:

Tents, tables, chairs and literature are welcome to set up between the tennis courts and basketball courts (west area of the park).

Items to Bring:

Tents, tables, chairs, etc. are the business /organization responsibility. No items will be provided.

Sign-Up:
 None Required – Please arrive during set-up times listed above.

Parking:

There will also be limited parking in the parking lot, so be prepared to carry items for set up.

The Aquatic Center will be open from 6:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. to the public. We will also have games and bouncy houses; we encourage you to participate in these as well.
