Sgt. Rodriguez recently served as a Patrol Corporal and has served the City of Plainview Police Department three years this August. Rodriguez was pinned by Detective Ortiz.

Cpl. Lucero recently served as police patrol officer and has served the City of Plainview Police Department for two and a half years. Lucero was pinned by his wife Kaitlyn.

The City Plainview Police Department mission is to maintain a safe and peaceful community by providing effective and efficient law enforcement services through community partnerships, public education, selfless public service and continuous professional development. The department is authorized for 34 full-time sworn officers, six public safety dispatchers and two records clerks / administrative assistants.
