The City of Surprise Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting team registrations for Summer Adult Co-Ed and Men’s Softball League Divisions; Co-Ed and Women’s Kickball; Adult Basketball; and Co-Ed Indoor Volleyball.

Registration Dates
Returning teams from Surprise Spring 2022 Adult Sports Leagues may register May 16 & 17 by contacting the Parks & Recreation Department by email, in person or by telephone between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Registration will open to non-returning and new teams starting May 18 online, over the phone or at the Parks and Rec Office, 15960 N. Bullard Ave. Must register as a team – minimum number of players are listed on registration page.
