There's time for one more most excellent adventure at the famous Circle K on Southern Avenue and Hardy Drive.

Harkins Theaters will present a screening of  Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure in the parking lot of the soon-to-close Circle K. The store was one of the primary filming locations of the 1980s classic comedy starring Keanu Reeves. The screening includes beach chair seating with wireless headphones for your movie-watching pleasure, a popcorn truck, 80s tunes by a live DJ and more. Get tickets.

Enjoy a night of free local music this Friday at Tempe History Museum with The SunPunchers then the duo of Jesse Valenzuela and Mark Zubia. 

The SunPunchers songs are a combination of contemplative lyricism and an open landscape of rich Southwestern loneliness. Jesse Valenzuela and Mark Zubia will perform their original folk and pop tunes. The two started their careers on Mill Avenue - Jesse with the Gin Blossoms and Mark with the Pistoleros.
