City of Tucson Releases Request for Proposals for Community Block Development Grant (CDBG) Community Facility Projects

The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department is accepting proposals to support Community Facility projects which advance City of Tucson P-CHIP goals by:

  • Providing educational, health, recreational, social, or other eligible activities and services for low-/moderate-income persons
  • Facilitating health, recreational, safety, or other eligible infrastructure activities in predominantly low-/moderate-income areas of the City

Eligible applicants include City of Tucson Departments and not-for-profit organizations. Applications are due on or before 11:59 p.m., Arizona time on February 13, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference

The City of Tucson will conduct a virtual pre-proposal conference from 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m., Arizona time on January 31, 2023. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.
