CITY OF TUCSON/PIMA COUNTY HOME CONSORTIUM RELEASES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR HUD HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM: COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO) ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, AND/OR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department is accepting proposals from organizations which are currently certified and/or eligible to be certified as Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) with capacity to advance P-CHIP goals by developing affordable home ownership projects through acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of affordable homes for sale to low-income homebuyers within the City of Tucson limits.  This request for proposals is issued on behalf of the City of Tucson/Pima County HOME Consortium.

Applications are due on or before 11:59 p.m., Arizona time on January 31, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference

The City of Tucson will conduct a virtual pre-proposal conference from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., Arizona time on January 10, 2023. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.
