(March 6, 2024) – Plexus Worldwide (Plexus®), a leading health and wellness company, is pleased to announce that Chris Reid, Chief Legal Officer, has been elected treasurer of the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) Board of Directors, the leading trade association for the dietary supplement and functional food industry. As treasurer, Reid will oversee all aspects of the organization’s finances.

Reid has more than 40 years of experience in the legal field with more than 30 of those years spent in the direct selling industry. Reid has spent much of his career focused on enterprise compliance, FDA compliance, advertising, intellectual property, and transactional law. As Plexus’ Chief Legal Officer, he leads the legal, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, quality and compliance teams, as well as provides strategic counsel to the company's executive team and independent sales representatives (“Brand Ambassadors”).
