Kevin says, “Garth! What more do you have to say? I have been a fan of Garth Brooks since the first time I saw him perform at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville back in 1992. Since that fateful day I have been performing my Garth LIVE! show all over the Country.” If you love the storm that was Garth Brooks in the 90’s, you won’t want to miss his show. Kevin will be opening Country Music Fest on Tuesday, July 11 at 7 p.m. on the Sea Shell Stage, with Line Dance lessons from 5-6 p.m.

Music on the Sea Shell Stage:

7:00pm: Alec MacGillivray – Opener

Bringing together Nashville style and Boston swagger, singer-songwriter Alec MacGillivray brings a party atmosphere with him, wherever he goes.  his songs have been streamed millions of times and been featured on Spotify’s “Wild Country”, “Next in Country”, and “New Music Nashville” playlists. His hit “Bad Day to Be a Bud Light” has become a viral party anthem with over 2 million streams in 60+ countries.

With his dynamic live performances making him a “must-see” emerging artist, Alec has entertained audiences in theaters, clubs, and festivals across America and supported major touring acts such as Sam Hunt, Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, Old Dominion, and Cole Swindell.

Always in search of a new challenge, Alec formed the rock band The Ultra  from 2018-2019. The Ultra’s EP climbed to the Top 10 on the Billboard Heatseeker chart. Following the success of the EP, the band toured nationally and had it’s follow-up single, “Hightail” featured on Spotify’s “Hard Rock” playlist.

Chris Janson - Headliner

Who is Chris Janson? He’s a “live legacy in the making” (Rolling Stone). Breakout country star Janson is a platinum-selling recording artist, high-octane entertainer, multi-instrumentalist, and award-winning singer/songwriter. The ACM Award-winner has collected prestigious accolades that place him amongst country music greats. Both his inspiring hit “Drunk Girl” and his chart-topping, 3x Platinum smash “Buy Me A Boat” were named among NSAI’s “Ten Songs I Wish I’d Written” lists – making Janson one in a handful of the industry’s most elite artists to earn the title multiple times. “Good Vibes,” the flagship single from his 2019 album Real Friends, and follow-up “Done” each topped the country charts, bringing his total of No. 1 songs to four – and now the hit-maker is entering a new chapter with “Bye Mom.” The single, derived from the real-life story of co-writer Brandon Kinney, is a triumphant ode to unconditional love. It was most-added upon impact at country radio and earned the highest first-week streaming total of Janson’s career.

In addition to his own successes, the talented songwriter has lent his pen to industry peers including Tim McGraw (“Truck Yeah,” “How I’ll Always Be”), LOCASH (“I Love This Life”) and the legendary Hank Williams Jr. (“God Fearin’ Man,” “Those Days Are Gone”). Catch Janson’s “crazy harmonica skill and… riveting stage tyle” (People) this year on his headlining Halfway to Crazy Tour and see for yourself what makes him an “undeniable star” (The Tennessean).
