9:00 a.m.: 4-H Dog Show, Barn 4

July 5, 2022

Pre-entry deadline for all 4-H and FFA entries

July 18, 2022

9:00 a.m.-12pm Wheat show entries must be delivered to the Show Arena at the Cowley County Fair Grounds, West 160-Winfield.

July 19, 2022

8:30 a.m.: Fashion Revue & Clothing Construction Judging, Decorated Foods Judging and Favorite Foods Contest, Brown Center, Cowley College, 215 South 2nd, Ark City

7:00 p.m.: Public Fashion Revue, Brown Center, Cowley College, Ark City

July 23, 2022

8:00 a.m.: 4-H Horse Show Judging - Burden Arena, Burden

July 25, 2022

6:00 p.m.: Livestock pen set up. (begins in the show arena).

July 26, 2022

8:00 a.m.: Set-up and clean-up for Barn 4, 4-H and Open Class, Fairgrounds. Bring covered dish & Covered Dish Dinner

July 27, 2022

7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.: 4-H/FFA Sheep and Goats may arrive, begin vet check (must go through vet check before entering pens) And weigh (south of Barn 10)

July 28, 2022

8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: 4-H/FFA Swine may arrive and weigh/check-in

9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.: 4-H/FFA Beef weighed, Beef Barn

12:00 p.m.: 4-H/FFA Breeding Heifer and Bucket Calf Check-in Deadline

12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.: Open Class Entries sign ups for all departments (entry blanks in the back of this book)-Barn 4

2:00pm: Merchants Building - Open

2:00-3:00 p.m.: Dairy Cattle Check in

4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.:
Check-in 4-H/Youth exhibits, 4-H Exhibit Building, Barn 4
4/H Youth sign up for conference judging - Barn 4

4:30 p.m.: Livestock Exhibitor Meeting, Show Arena

5:30 p.m.: All livestock must be on the grounds
No livestock, other than those entered for 4-H/FFA exhibition, are allowed in the barns.

5:30 p.m.: Meat Goat Show, Show Arena

6:00 p.m.: Carnival - Weee Entertainment

6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.: 4-H/FFA Rabbits and Poultry Check In

7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.: Karaoke with BJ Croakie- Midway Stage

7:00 p.m.: Open Class entries close - Barn 4

8:00 p.m.: All Star Monster Trucks, Grandstands

9:00 p.m.: Beef may tie-out (Thursday only)

9:00 p.m.: All Open Class entries must be in place Except Floral - Barn 4

10:00 a.m.: All Open Class and 4-H Building Closed to the Public!!! Exhibits Must Be Picked Up!!!
