Midland, Mi – Creative 360 has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Midland Area Community Foundation Board of Trustees to be disbursed from the Harry J. Beamish Unrestricted Endowment Fund. The grant is in support of the non-profit’s Express Yourself Artshop program that provides opportunities for arts education to people of all ages and abilities including those with disabilities. In its fifth year, Artshop offers 35 different art, music, drama, dance and wellness classes to more than 500 community participants each year.

“We are sincerely grateful for the support we receive from the Midland Area Community Foundation,” said Creative 360 Executive Director Carol Rumba. “This grant helps us continue to fulfill our unique role in the community by ensuring the availability of an environment where everyone can express their creativity.”

Creative 360 believes the arts are a vital component of a strong society, and making arts opportunities accessible encourages individuals to fulfill their creativity and serve as an inspiration to others.

The Midland Area Community Foundation provides philanthropic leadership to strengthen our community by fostering collaboration and giving today and in the future.
