Centerville, MA - On Monday, March 23, 2014, The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod presented the Seventh Annual Creative Collaborative Conference, attended by over 200 artists, business leaders, cultural organizations, elected officials, and members of the media. The conference also included the presentation of the Seventh Annual Creative Community Awards to Cape based leaders and organizations and also featured performances by local musicians and dancers.

The 2014 honorees were:

2014 Collaborative Arts Project of the Year

Cotuit Center for the Arts for their installation 'Piece by Piece' which included the work of 96 Cape Cod artists

2014 Community Leadership in Support of the Arts


WCAI radio host of the show 'The Point', Mindy Todd's promotion of the Cape's arts and culture earned her this year's leadership award.

2014 Arts Educator of the Year


Arts Educator Lynn Stanley is recognized for her exceptional work with at-risk students at Provincetown Art Association and Musuem

2014 Special Recognition in Support of the Arts


A special award was presented this year at the Creative Collaborative to retiring Senate President Terese Murray in recognition of her long-time support of arts and culture.

The 2014 LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD was presented posthumously to award-winning actress and long-time Cape resident, JULIE HARRIS.
