Schedule
Sunday, July 9, 2023
6:00pm - 9:00pm: Tour De Forks - "Seasoned"
Seasoned is a title earned. Like a good cast-iron skillet, “seasoned” is a badge hewn from years of withstanding the elements. Chef Abby Knowles, cattle rancher, horsewoman, entrepreneur, change-maker, and seasoned chef joins us from XIT ranch in the Texas panhandle for a female farm-to-table dinner honoring the trail-blazing spirit that transforms tradition. Chef Abby has partnered with Chef Rachel of Base Camp Bakery to provide an elevated twist on a traditional summer dessert.

Abby pairs local pasture-raised beef with Silverado Wines from the Stag’s Leap District, where the terroir of California knocked France down a rung in the 1976 Judgement of Paris. Grapes from the Stag’s Leap vineyard pair with Parker Pastures beef for a meal that rewrites the rulebook.

Your ticket includes a three-course, wine-paired meal as well as enrollment in the Center’s Annual Membership program.

Dine out for the arts under the stars and blaze your own trail!

Salt is the original Mother Rock. Savor a meal inspired by our collective Mother [Earth] while viewing sweeping vistas of purple mountains majesty and vibrant fields of green. Chef Andrea Murdoch draws from her training at the Culinary Institute of America to blend classical techniques with indigenous ingredients and traditions. Paired with the dulcet notes of elite DuMOL wines from the Russian River Valley, the terroir of the land called the “wild west” sings from valley to vineyard.
