Nearly 300 people attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the college's new Puente and Legacy centers, on-campus spaces in the Humanities building for program students to enjoy camaraderie and pursue academic excellence.

The event included food, live music and dance, speakers, and a formal ribbon cutting, as well as a surprise video honoring Dr. Therese Mosqueda-Ponce, who has led the college's Puente Program for over 25 years.

Dr. Schilling to Participate in Pathways of Hope 'Look Who's Dancing' Annual Benefit

Dr. Schilling will participate in Pathways of Hope's "Look Who's Dancing" annual benefit, modeled after popular competition show "Dancing With the Stars," on October 22. The benefit will raise money to fund food pantries and services the agency operates across the district, including the Cypress College Food Pantry.
