Yesterday we hosted our annual State of Downtown presented by Republic Bank at LexLive. The program went into detail about how downtown Lexington has continued to grow and recover over the past year, provided updates on current and future development projects, as well as provided statistics benchmarking the economic health of downtown.
The event also marked the release of our 2022 SODT Report. Included in the report are 2021 benchmarks on downtown’s customer base, commercial real estate, mobility and transit and living and quality of life.
