Dr. Joyce Congratulates Juniata College Eagles on NCAA III Volleyball Championship

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman John Joyce, M.D, (PA-13) congratulated the Juniata College Women’s Volleyball Team on winning the NCAA Division III National Championship. In a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Joyce praised the work of Coach Heather Pavlik and her team on clinching the third national championship in program history.

“Equally as important as the team’s success in volleyball – is their success in the classroom,” said Congressman Joyce. “Juniata’s commitment to academic excellence is a shining example of how student-athletes can be supported both on and off the court.”
