Where did the summer go? We’ve had a busy one at the library and we’ve been so happy! We’ve had many children attend our crafts and take out our books to add to their summer reading list. Adults have blown us away with their signing up for our adult summer reading program! You’re not only reading but participating in Bad Art Night and Clue Night! Tweens and Teens haven’t been as interested, but we are determined to keep trying. For those of you who did sign up for the various summer programs we’d like to ask you to take a satisfaction survey. It’s relatively painless and it would help with our reports. Thank you all for loving your library!

Throughout this month, as always, we will have take home crafts. Not interested in what we have going on? Come in anyway for the books!

You’ll notice we have been asking you to register for our crafts. We do this so we have enough materials for all the children who want to come. We also do it so we don’t waste our crafting material by preparing more than needed.

In the case of Read to the Dogs there are 15 minute spots for two dogs. That gives us 14 spots! This is first come, first served.

In the case of our Meet the Author event, we ask that you register because of the building occupancy. We have a few seats left, so call today.
