Message from the Executive Office

Your Flint Symphony Orchestra returns to Whiting Auditorium Saturday with its third concert in the Romantic Heroes classical series, and it will be spectacular. The talented Byrd Competition Winner, Danielle Kim, joins us with Reinecke’s sparkling flute concerto, followed by one of the most well-known works in all of the classical repertoire, Rachmaninoff Symphony No.2. And it’s full of the lush music Rachmaninoff is known for — brimming with passion and romance.

Flint Repertory Theatre is in the second week of its production of The Future is Female… and audiences are again giving the Flint Rep rave reviews. Read Bridgette Redman’s review of this world-premiere comedy developed in our 2022 New Works Festival.

Take advantage of this rare February weekend of sun and warmer temperatures, and get your tickets today!

Please stay safe and enjoy your weekend!

Sincerely,

Rodney Lontine

President and CEO
