Former Maryland governor's Howard County estate hits market for $10M

The Woodbine, Maryland, home of former Maryland Gov. Edwin Warfield has hit the market for $10.25 million. Encompassing 180 acres and 18,370 square feet of enclosed areas, the estate provides opportunities for hosting events and overnight guests, as well as a potential business opportunity to use the grounds as a winery. The three-story brick home was built in 1838 with a major expansion completed in 1898.
