4th of July Fireworks:

Fireworks will be held on Saturday, July 1st, at Rock Harbor at DUSK.

Directions

From Rt 6A heading from Brewster: Turn left on West Rd., slight right toward Skaket Beach Rd., turn right on Skaket Beach Rd., turn left on to Rock Harbor Rd.

Parking

You will find public parking in lots around town at the Nauset Middle School, Main Street, and Old Colony Way. Please expect about a half hour walk from downtown Orleans to Rock Harbor if you want to be very close to the show.

There is a public lot at Skaket Beach if you want to watch the fireworks there.  Please adhere to all posted parking signs and follow the directions of public safety officials.

Other areas where you can watch the show

You can also watch the fireworks from the Eastham side of Rock Harbor which can be accessed at Dyer Prince Rd., Eastham, or Boat Meadow Landing, Eastham, which can be accessed from Bay View Rd. We suggest Crosby Beach or the Linnell Landing Beach in Brewster as other options for viewing the fireworks as well.

4th of July Parade:

The July 4th Parade showcases the pride of the Orleans community and is full of music, celebration, and fun!

Parade Theme: Red, White, Blue, and You!

Parade Route:

On July 4th our Parade will kick off from Eldredge Parkway at 10:00 am sharp. The Parade with travel toward the lights at West Rd, then turn right onto Rt 6A.
Travels along Rt 6A to the intersection of Rt 6A and Main St, where it turns right.

It then travels long Main St to the intersection of Rt 28, where it then turns right.

The parade then marches along Rt 28, through the intersecton of Tonset road, turning right onto Daley's Terrace. It then loops around onto Marstons Way, crosses Eldredge Parkway and ends in the parking lot at NRMS for the judging/ awards.

As the parade severes two major roadways (Route 6a and Rt 28), please follow the detours that are set in place. As always, EXPECT DELAYS if you are trying to get through town.
