Time for your sport stars to get their game on with classes in Irvine! Athletes of all ages will have the opportunity to kick the ball around playing soccer or compete in a sand volleyball match. Active kids can also learn the basics of yoga and martial arts. If you have a little one interested in multiple activities, you can sign them up for all four classes.

- Fit First Youth YogaThese classes will introduce kids to the fundamentals of yoga practice, including yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness; ages 5–12.

- Soccer Clinic Beginner: Children will learn the fundamentals of soccer, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense; ages 7–12.

- Wushu for YouthThis course guides students through flexibility, coordination, endurance, speed and explosive training, and other aspects of Chinese martial arts training; ages vary by class.

- Sand Volleyball with VolleyOCClasses will teach volleyball fundamentals. then test those skills with drills and fun games; ages 9–11 and 11–13.
