Celebrating 11 years of increasing awareness and education of the Latino community through music, culture and art

Rochester, NY -- Grupo Cultural Latino presents Latin Celebration, a LatinX Project final showcase, taking place at The Theater at innovation Square, and Sonidos Unidos, Alma de Mexico, Roco Bloco, Pittsford Creative Movement, Los Del Mambo and Folkloric Dancing from Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama.

Grupo Cultural Latinos end Rochester is proud to bring Latin Celebration, a LatinX Project to The Theater at Innovation Square as part of its 2-year culmination program with CRNY artist employment program (AEP). The LatinX Project has been created to increase awareness and education of Latino community and culture. This project intends to promote ongoing exchange and collaboration with emerging artists that support traditional art and community in our area and migrant workers in surrounding rural areas, in the hopes of encourage pride in the root of Wester New York immigrants and minority communities.

What to expect: Cultural voyage with custom costumes and creative movements. Special guests include, local celebrity known for hosting Noche Latina in Rochester, DJ Pabony. Dance to the music of Sonidos Unidos . Experience The rhythm of Los Del Mambo and Alma de Mexico . Be part of the dance performance of the music video “Yo soy Latina” by local artist Thalia Pabon.

Ticket Prices: $10, kids 4 and under are free.
