Manchester University Alumni, Todd Saylor, to be inducted into Football Hall of Fame In 1994 the Manchester University Athletic Hall of Fame was established by the Department of Athletics to acknowledge outstanding student athletes who have made exceptional contributions to the stature of Manchester University, both on and off the field of competition. Boasting an NCAA Division III Accreditation, Manchester University prides itself on producing graduates who go on to lead principled, productive and compassionate lives. In addition to upholding the University's primary traditions of faith, learning and service, the hall of fame inductees maintain high moral and ethical code of conduct to Manchester and it's community. From the inception of intercollegiate athletics at Manchester, the honorees have exemplified the true spirit of athletic competition. Todd Saylor will be among the Hall of Fame inductees during halftime of the Homecoming Game against Bluffton on October 24, 2015.

Saylor having a career totaling over 1,193 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, as well as 48 receptions during his senior season and an 11-catch game against Findlay College are among the top single-season and game annals. Due to his play for what was then one of the top producing Spartan offenses in program history, Manchester rose into the NAIA top 20 in 1986. Saylor's career awards included honorable mention NAIA All-American, all-NAIA District 21 and all-Hoosier-Buckeye Conference notations. "(Manchester College) provided me the opportunity to meet two of the most important people in life," he said. "Traci, my wife, who has made me who I am today. Through her unconditional love, support and grace, she is the strongest person I've ever known. I absolutely love her." "I met Bob Lang, my roommate and football teammate, at football camp my first year during orientation, and we've been building businesses and our families together ever since. "

Saylor, accredits his move into accounting and business at Manchester College to long-time professor, Art Gilbert, after initially coming to college for an education degree. He now resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, Traci, and their daughters, Courtney, Kendra and Kara. He's CEO and president of PayServ Systems, a nationwide payroll service provider.
