Retail Inventory Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed to assist with the counting of the annual retail inventory at the Museum Store, 99 Main Street.  We will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the physical count and we will continue with teams in the data entry of information.  It is an all day effort made easier with many hands. Last year's volunteers were extraordinary!  A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for volunteers who are on shift at these break intervals. Please sign up for two or more hours by emailing julie.western@annapolis.org or by calling 410-268-5576. An appreciation 30% retail discount coupon will be given to each volunteer who works two hours or more.  The coupon is valid on all regular priced merchandise, the discount may not be applied to sale, consignment merchandise or gift certificates.

Colonial Gentlemen's Evening

Historic Annapolis invites gentlemen of today to experience a  Colonial Gentlemen's Evening memorable evening in the spirit of the city's elite 18th-century clubs, where members and visitors enjoyed hearty food, fortifying drink, and the witty pleasure of one another's company. Enjoy a three-course meal, traditional rum punch, and a night full of "clubical" fun int he historic Jonas and Anne Catharine Green House.
The "Colonial Gentlemen's Evening" is the first of three dinner gatherings of the Historic Annapolis Gentlemen's Supper Club to be held in 2014.  Guest may attend this "men only" event as full year-long members of H.A.G.S. Club or as club visitors for the night.  Coat and tie or colonial-era garb is appropriate attire.
