Bingo! Teen Winter Reading Challenge
January 1-31
For the month of January, The Homewood Public Library Teen Department will kick off Bingo! Teen Winter Reading Challenge. Teens, stop by the Teen/Adult desk and pick up your bingo card and get to reading! Once you get a book bingo, bring your bingo card back to the Teen/Adult desk and exchange it for a prize.

Teen Theatre Thursdays
Thursday, January 5 & 19, 4-5 p.m. in Round Auditorium
(6th-12th Grade) This bi-monthly program will focus on teaching the performing arts to aspiring teen thespians with assistance from the Red Mountain Theatre. Register online at homewoodpubliclibrary.org.

(6th-12th Grade) The Teen Advisory Board is a volunteer group of 6th-12th graders who are dedicated to serving the Homewood Public Library. Teen GirlSpring New
GirlSpring - Empowerment for Girls
Mondays, January 9 & 23, 5-6 p.m. in Room 110
Empowered girls make history! Girls in 7th-11th grade, join GirlSpring meetings here at the Homewood Library to learn about meaningful topics, make like-minded friends, and become empowered. You have the power to change the world, join these meetings to make your mark on the world! Refreshments provided!

Magic - the Gathering for Teens
Tuesdays, January 10 & 24, 4:30-6:30 p.m. in Room 102
(6th-12th Grade) Interested in learning about Magic: the Gathering? Each game represents a battle between wizards known as “planeswalkers”, who employ spells, artifacts, and creatures depicted on individual Magic cards to defeat their opponents.
