On Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, at approximately 1:05 a.m., officers with the Hot Springs Police Department (HSPD) and LifeNet Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel responded to the 100 block of Grove Street in reference to an unresponsive male in the street. Upon arrival, they located Edwin Talbert (57), of Hot Springs, deceased in front of his vehicle. His death is being investigated as suspicious at this time pending an autopsy from the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory and further investigation.
