White sandy beaches from the Caribbean are now a little bit closer to Houston. Houston-based Land Tejas Cos. held a groundbreaking ceremony for what will be Texas’ first Crystal Lagoon at Balmoral, a new 580-acre residential community near Generation Park northeast of Houston.
