The 2023 Hurricane Harvest Festival will be focused on arts and crafts vendors. Preference is given to those who make their products themselves and includes products such as pottery, painting, jewelry, wood crafts, soaps, quilts, candles, artisan foods, farmers, etc.

Limited space is available for non-profits and direct sales. Political candidates are not permitted to register as a vendor. Traditional businesses who want to advertise at the event may contact us at [email protected] for more information about how to be a sponsor which includes a space to set up at the event.

Food vendors MUST have prior permission to register. Email  [email protected] or call 304-562-1109 to inquire.

Space is limited and will be reserved with payment as applications are received. You cannot request special placement. Vendors are accepted until space is full.

You will receive confirmation via email with more details for the event – including setup time, parking and contact information. Vendors are not permitted to sell products or promote booth space outside of reserved space.
