Governor Doug Ducey and members of the Arizona Legislature gathered under the dome of the State Capitol last week to launch a bold new era in the management of the state's most precious resource: water. Applause filled the historic rotunda as the governor signed a $1 billion plan to secure Arizona’s water future.
