Following Governor Reynolds’s signature of House File 2552, the Department has updated its guidance online regarding Confidentiality, Disclosure, and Authorized Representation. These updated requirements include the removal of additional evidence requirement for officers and employees of corporations and associations, and an additional category for successors of small estates under Iowa Code section 633.356(2).
