Another cinematic cycle around the sun is complete and we're grateful to you, our community, for your dedication to films that make a difference in our world. This past year brought many thrilling plot twists for the ILLUMINATE Film Festival:
- We moved our base of operations from Sedona to the sunny coastal city of Santa Barbara to accommodate our continuing growth.
- We announced our 2024 festival dates: April 5-7 in Santa Barbara and April 8-14 online. All-Access passes are now on sale with early bird pricing until Dec.31.
- ILLUMINATE's founder, Danette Wolpert, passed the baton to new Executive Director, Téana David, and stepped into the role of President of the Board.
- We hosted a Santa Barbara kick-off reception and screening of The Monk and the Gun with over 225 lovely humans in attendance -- and raised $40K!  
- We hosted a virtual screening of the game-changing new documentary, We Are Guardians, executive produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, followed by a super informative Q&A with Directors Chelsea Greene and Rob Grobman.
