Notice of Intended Action

ARC 5597C has been published as a Notice of Intended Action to amend Chapter 7, “Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners.”

• This rulemaking proposes authorization for school districts to obtain prescriptions for bronchodilator canisters, spacers, and opioid antagonists.
• Comments may be submitted until 4:30 PM on December 20th, 2022.
• A public hearing will be held at the Board office at 9:00 AM on December 21, 2022.
