Sioux City – Briar Richard Merrick, convicted of Theft 1st Degree and other charges in Woodbury County, failed to report back to the Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility as required on May 13th.

Merrick is a 29-year-old Native American male, height 5'9", and weighs 284 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on February 11, 2022.
