Kamala Harris is crushing the American Dream, and President Trump is the only candidate who will save Michiganders from this nightmare. The Washington Post recently revealed that while housing costs are surging nationwide, they’re especially skyrocketing in swing states. Home prices have shot up by 48 percent across the country since 2019, but in some key battleground counties, they’ve more than doubled.
With Michiganders already losing over $1,000 per month due to Kamalanomics, higher housing costs are yet another disastrous impact of the Harris-Biden agenda.
Under Kamala’s reign, Michiganders simply can’t afford to be homeowners.
Throughout the Great Lakes State, home prices are up 26.2% and Detroit home sale prices have reached record highs. Renting isn’t any better – between 2023 and 2024 rent increased by 12.4%.
Kamala Harris will keep piling on. Her campaign platform threatens the largest tax hike in U.S. history, Soviet-style price controls, and a disastrous housing plan that would only drive up housing prices more.
President Trump is ready to Make Housing Affordable Again by defeating historic inflation, reducing mortgage rates, banning mortgages for illegal immigrants who inflate housing costs, and cutting federal red tape.
