Kansas ABLE Savings Plan

Save the Date!

Please join the Treasurer's Office as we recognize the official launch of the new, expanded ABLE legislation that begins on July 1, 2022. This change in legislation not only brings the Kansas Plan into Federal compliance, but allows parents and guardians to more cost effectively save month that doesn't impact Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Medicaid benefits for a person living with a disability.
