From: Kerrytown Concert House

Dear Friends and Music Lovers,

Do you have a personal story to share about how Kerrytown Concert House is special to you?

Kerrytown Concert House has been near and dear to my heart since I first started performing here as a classical flutist over twenty years ago. Since then, I’ve cultivated a relationship with the House as an audience member and as a volunteer. My husband and I were even married on the KCH stage! I’m thrilled to now be working alongside the dedicated Board and hardworking Staff to ensure the stability and future of our beloved Kerrytown Concert House.

We appreciate your commitment to the House.

We value your investment in our artistic mission.

We welcome your presence in the KCH community.

Audience members are positively buzzing with excitement at Kerrytown Concert House, where you can experience world-class music live and in person in our unique, intimate venue . . . such as this incredibly talented array of artists this season:

The Akropolis Reed Quintet

Jazz Pianist Sullivan Fortner

Singer-Songwriter May Erlewine

Baritone Jesse Blumberg & Pianist Martin Katz

Third Coast Swing with Grant Flick

Reedmen Peter & Will Anderson

Gwen Laster’s New Muse Trio

DSO Concertmaster Robyn Bollinger & Pianist Pauline Martin

This is just a small list of the stars and stars-of-tomorrow performing at Kerrytown Concert House today. They are the reason we're reaching out to request your support this spring.

Since we re-opened to the public post-pandemic, ticket sales for our concerts have been dynamic, including many sold-out houses. Our schedule is also brimming with student recitals, special events, and community gatherings. There is every indication from our artists, patrons, and community that the House is alive and thriving – and here to stay.

Our ticket revenue and budgeted expenses are right on track for this season, but we are still below our goal for individual contributions and concert sponsorships as we approach the end of our fiscal year - a critical piece of our budget as a nonprofit performing arts venue.

Will you invest in the success of Kerrytown Concert House by helping us meet this goal?

The challenge is to raise $80,000 before May 31, 2023 and with your help we can meet it. Here are several ways you can make an impact:

Make a contribution. Every gift – no matter the amount – makes an impact!

Encourage a friend to donate. If you and everyone else on our mailing list inspired one new supporter to give just $50, we could cover the shortfall in the blink of an eye!

Become a Founder! When you give an annual gift of $300 or more, you become a member of the House. You’ll also be invited to celebrate at our Annual Founders Party this September - a long-awaited tradition we’ve missed since we last hosted this event in 2019.
