From: Lancaster International Piano FestivalThe goal of our festival is to provide something for everyone by combining an intensive educational program with an outstanding concert series presented by world-class musicians.
Join us at the Trust Performing Arts Center for an evening of music from Steinway Artist, Dr. Eric Fung, as he performs J.S. Bach’s Goldberg Variations, BWV 988.
Dr. Eric Fung was the second-prize ex aequo winner at the Thirteenth International Johann Sebastian Bach Competition in Leipzig, Germany. He has attended Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Eastman School of Music, and the Juilliard School. At age 15, he was awarded the Piano Performance Diploma of the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music in London. Dr. Fung is the Carmean Endowed Professor of Music (Piano) at Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania.
