The League of Women Voters of the United States CEO?Virginia Kase Solomón?issued the following statement in response to the Senate’s bipartisan deal on the Electoral Count Reform Act:

“We are pleased to see our elected leaders in the Senate find common ground to put forward necessary reforms to the Electoral Count Act and Presidential Transition Act.
